Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out how the investigation engine and your credit balance may be used. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaching it can lead to suspension of your account.

1. Permitted use
You may investigate machines you own or administer, including your own gaming PC, laptops and handhelds, family machines, team rigs, café and studio workstations, and client machines you service professionally.
You may share the reports produced for you inside your household or organisation, and quote them when discussing a purchase with a retailer or manufacturer.
2. Honest inputs
Diagnostic quality depends entirely on the accuracy of what you submit. Do not invent hardware, fabricate FPS figures or submit measurements taken on a different machine than the one described.
Deliberately falsified inputs used to extract reference data, or to build a comparison database, are a breach of this policy.
3. Prohibited activity
Using the service to develop, tune or conceal cheats, aim assistance, anti-detection tooling or any modification that violates a game's own terms of service.
Automated scraping, bulk querying, or reproducing our reference database, health scoring or fix lists as a competing product.
Reverse engineering, probing or stress testing our infrastructure, bypassing rate limits, or attempting to access another user's cases.
Submitting malware, unlawful content, or personal data belonging to someone else without their knowledge.
Reselling reports as your own commercial product without a written agreement with us.
4. Fair use of credits
Credits belong to a single account. Do not share credentials, pool a balance across unrelated customers, or create multiple accounts to reuse the first-registration promotional code.
Volume use for a business or repair shop is welcome; contact us and we will agree suitable terms rather than leaving you to work around per-account limits.
5. Human technician sessions
Remote sessions are cooperative. The technician works only on the machine agreed in advance, records what was changed, and will stop if asked to perform something unsafe, unlawful or outside the agreed scope.
Abusive behaviour toward technicians or support staff ends the session immediately, and the credits for that session are not returned.
6. Safety limits
We may recommend undervolting, fan curve changes or power limit adjustments. We do not provide instructions that void your warranty without saying so, and we do not push voltage or clock settings beyond manufacturer specification.
Requests for extreme overclocking guidance, physical modification or warranty circumvention are declined.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse to [email protected] with as much detail as you can share. We investigate every report.
Depending on severity we may issue a warning, restrict a feature, suspend the account, or close it and refuse further orders. Where a breach is minor and unintentional we contact you first and give you the chance to correct it. Unused credits on an account closed for a serious breach are not refunded.
