By creating an account or placing a credit order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least sixteen years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, and legally able to enter into a contract.

Bazuka AI analyses the hardware, settings and performance figures you provide, compares them against our reference data, and produces a diagnosis, a health score, an ordered fix list and an upgrade verdict.

The service is analytical and advisory. We do not modify your system, we do not install software on it, and we do not read live telemetry from it.

Your account is created during checkout. You must provide accurate details and choose a password of at least eight characters that you do not reuse elsewhere.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

All services are priced in credits. One credit costs 0.10 euro; prices shown in US dollar, pound sterling and złoty are converted at an indicative reference rate and the euro amount is authoritative.

The minimum credit purchase is fifty credits and every service costs at least fifty credits. Credits are purchased in advance, are tied to your account, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.

Credits are deducted at the moment a service is started. Unused credits remain valid for twenty-four months from the date of purchase.

Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Bank details are emailed to you immediately after the order is placed and the order stays in pending state until the transfer arrives.

Credits are added to your account and the paid functionality is unlocked once the transfer is received and matched to your order reference. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not selectable.

Promotional codes apply only to the order on which they are entered, cannot be combined, and the first-registration code gives a five percent reduction on a first credit purchase.

Automated investigations are produced shortly after a service is started, provided the inputs you supplied are complete. Services that include a human technician session are scheduled with you by email.

If we cannot complete a service because the inputs are incomplete or contradictory, we will tell you what is missing and return the spent credits to your balance.

Diagnoses are based on the data you provide and on reference measurements from comparable configurations. We label every figure as user-provided, verified reference data or calculated estimate.

We do not guarantee a specific frame rate, temperature or latency result after applying our recommendations, and we do not invent benchmark numbers or hardware prices.

You remain responsible for changes you make to your own system, including driver updates, BIOS changes, overclocking and undervolting.

You agree not to submit unlawful content, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, and not to resell reports as your own commercial product without a written agreement. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

The site, the diagnostic methodology, the reference database and the report layouts remain our property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the reports produced for you, including inside your own organisation.

Data you submit remains yours. You grant us the right to process it to deliver the service and to derive aggregated, de-identified statistics.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits used on the service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including hardware damage resulting from overclocking, lost competitive results or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or submits fraudulent payment information.

Where we close an account without cause, unused credits are refunded in line with the Refund Policy.

We may amend these terms; material changes are announced in the account area at least fourteen days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
