Cookie Policy

This policy describes the cookies and browser storage that Bazuka AI uses, why each item exists and how you can control them.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which works similarly but stays on your device instead of being sent with every request. Throughout this policy, "cookies" covers both technologies.

2. Strictly necessary items

Session and account state: keeps you signed in to the account area and remembers your order reference so the dashboard can show payment status. Lifetime: until you sign out or clear browser data.
Consent record: stores whether you accepted all cookies or essential cookies only, so the banner is not shown again on every page. Lifetime: twelve months.
Security and load balancing: short-lived infrastructure cookies that protect against abuse and route requests correctly. Lifetime: session.
These items cannot be switched off because the service cannot function without them.

3. Preference items

Currency and display preferences: remembers whether you view prices in euro, US dollar, pound sterling or złoty, and your promotional code if one was issued to you. Lifetime: twelve months.

4. Analytics items

Aggregated usage analytics help us see which diagnostics are used and where investigations are abandoned. These are only set after you choose Accept all, and the resulting reports do not identify individual users. Lifetime: up to thirteen months.

5. No advertising cookies

We do not run advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed social network pixels.

6. Managing your choices

You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data for this domain, which makes the consent banner appear again on your next visit.
All modern browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary items will prevent sign-in and the account dashboard from working.

7. Third-party processors

Hosting, transactional email and error monitoring providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies when serving or protecting the site. They act as our processors and may not use the data for their own purposes.

8. Updates

When we add or remove a cookie we update this page and, where consent is required, ask for it again. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
